We live in a high tech world, but it’s not bringing us more health. In spite of advanced technology, the health in the US has dropped to 79th in the world. Clearly, technology is not bringing us better health. If you want better health, it’s back to the basics.
There are 4 things you must have to stay healthy.
# 1 – Water Lots of water. Water is essential for every single bodily function. Many diseases increase with poor hydration. You need ½ ounce water per pound you weigh. If you weigh 150 lbs, drink 75 ounces of water/day. Check your hydration by pinching the skin on the back of your hand, release, and see how quickly it snaps back. The better hydrated you are, the quicker it snaps back. Also, your urine should be the color of pale wheat. You should check these 2 things every day.
#2 – Nutrition Good nutrition is essential if you want your body to perform it’s best. This means lots of organic vegetables and fruits, 70% raw. Along with lean protein, seeds, nuts, beans, and eliminating processed foods, and your body will perform for you.
#3 – Oxygen Well oxygenated tissues are important. Two ways of increasing oxygen into your cells are deep breathing, and exercise. The latest research shows High Intensity Interval Training, HIIT, yields higher levels of fitness than exercising moderately for long periods.
# 4- Nerve Flow The integrity of your nervous system is essential to good health. It controls every single cell in your body, all of the time. When were you last checked for nerve interference? Research shows that the immune system of chiropractic patients function 200% better than those who are not under chiropractic care.
The better you do in these 4 areas, the better your body will work for you.
